Day 1: October 6: DEPARTURE FROM SAN DIEGO
Please arrive in time at San Diego Airport to check in and board your international flight to Tokyo, Japan. Enjoy inflight services. Overnight on board flight.

Day 2: October 7: TOKYO - YOKOHAMA
Welcome to Tokyo! Upon arrival at Narita International Airport today, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Yokohama (standard Check-In time is 14:00 hrs. Early check-in is subject to availability). Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Yokohama/Tokyo

Day 3: October 8: TOKYO/YOKOHAMA (B/-/-)
Walk to the conference centre (A 15 min walk) to attend the first day of Bio Japan, focusing on networking and exploring biotechnology and life sciences innovations. Overnight in Yokohama/Tokyo (No Transport on this day)

Day 4: October 9: TOKYO/YOKOHAMA (B/-/-)
Continue attending Bio-japan. Attend meetings with the Yokohama-San Diego Friendship Committee, city officials, and educational leaders. Overnight in Yokohama/Tokyo (No Transport on this day)

Day 5: October 10: TOKYO/YOKOHAMA (B/-/-)
Conclude participation in Bio-japan. Attend Cultural engagement and informal networking with key Yokohama partners/stakeholders. Overnight in Yokohama/Tokyo (No Transport on this day)

Day 6: October 11: TOKYO/YOKOHAMA (B/-/-)
Take a break from your business meetings and enjoy exploring Yokohama today, the second largest city of Japan. Start your day with the visit to Sankeien Garden, a spacious Japanese style garden opened to public 1904 and displays historical buildings, ponds, small rivers, flowers and wonderful strolling trails. Next visit the Chinatown, the Japan’s largest is an ensemble of large number of Chinese stores and restaurants. Next visit the Cup Noodles Museum, fun and interactive museum in Yokohama's Minato Mirai District that shows the history of
instant ramen noodles using a combination of whimsical exhibits and hands on workshops. It was opened by the Nissin Food company, whose founder invented instant ramen noodles in 1958 as a fast and convenient food. Attend additional events organized at The Yokohama
Jazz Promenade. Evening enjoy farewell party at a local restaurant. Overnight in Yokohama/ Tokyo.

Day 7: October 12: TOKYO/YOKOHAMA - OSAKA (B/-/-)
Transfer to Shin Yokohama train station for Bullet train to Osaka. Arrive at Shin Osaka train station, pick up and transfer to the hotel in Osaka. The rest of the day is free to explore the surroundings. Overnight in Osaka.

Day 8: October 13: OSAKA (B/-/-)
After breakfast, your group will be transferred to the Osaka Expo center. Spend a full day at the Osaka Expo, participating in events, panels, and showcases relevant to the delegation’s interests in energy, education, and biotechnology. Engage with international delegates and potential investors. At a pre-determined time, pick up from the expo center and transfer to the hotel. Single group transfer service each way. Overnight in Osaka

Day 9: October 14: OSAKA - TOKYO (B/-/-)
Transfer to the Shin Osaka metro station for the bullet train to Tokyo. Arrive and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to indulge in your business meetings. Conduct final business meetings with potential partners and investors. Explore potential collaborations and future projects. Overnight in Osaka

Day 10: October 15: TOKYO - SAN DIEGO (B/-/-)
Free morning for last-minute activities or relaxation. Later in time, transfer to the Tokyo International airport for flight back to San Diego.
