Operation Connect, a program of the San Diego Business Chamber Foundation, helps transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and military families build meaningful connections within the business community.

Through free networking events, participants have the opportunity to meet business owners, professionals, and community leaders, expand their network, and access valuable career and community resources.

There is no cost for veterans, transitioning service members, military spouses, or military families to participate.

Transitioning service members are eligible if they are within two years of separation from the military or have been enrolled as a student since separating from service.
